PURE MIND – HEALING & FORGIVENESS

PURE MIND

HEALING & FORGIVENESS

5-Day Mini-Course Workbook (Black & White)

How to Use This Workbook

Set aside 15–20 minutes each day. Move through the same threefold practice: Pure Mind (Stop & Drop), Pure Heart (Open & Feel), Pure Love (Rest & Bless).

Keep it gentle. Choose small material when needed. Consistency matters more than intensity.

Daily Structure

1) Pure Mind — Stop & Drop (5–7 min)
2) Pure Heart — Open & Feel (5–7 min)
3) Pure Love — Rest & Bless (3–5 min)

Closing: feel the feet again, then write 5–10 minutes.

Day 1 — Stopping the Inner Trial

Theme: Learning to pause self-judgment.

Practice (15–20 minutes):
1) Pure Mind (5–7 min): Stop and drop into feet/toes/breath.
2) Pure Heart (5–7 min): Let one small self-judgment be felt in the body.
3) Pure Love (3–5 min): Bless the judged part with kindness.

Journal prompts:

  • What does self-judgment feel like in my body?
  • What changes when I stop arguing with it?
  • What would kindness say right now?

Day 2 — Letting the Body Speak

Theme: Forgiveness begins with regulation.

Practice:
1) Pure Mind: Feel feet/toes; notice the first softening.
2) Pure Heart: Invite the body to show where it holds guilt or shame.
3) Pure Love: Rest a hand on that area and bless it.

Journal prompts:

  • Where does my body hold the past?
  • What happens when I simply feel, without fixing?
  • What does my body need to feel safe?

Day 3 — Allowing the Feeling

Theme: Welcoming what was exiled.

Practice:
1) Pure Mind: Establish steadiness in the body.
2) Pure Heart: Bring to mind one memory or moment needing forgiveness (small is good).
3) Pure Love: Offer: “May this be held in kindness.”

Journal prompts:

  • What feeling wants to be acknowledged?
  • What am I afraid will happen if I feel it?
  • What becomes possible when I allow it?

Day 4 — Blessing Without Fixing

Theme: Love as non-withdrawal.

Practice:
1) Pure Mind: Stop the story; return to toes and breath.
2) Pure Heart: Let the heart area gently open around what is present.
3) Pure Love: Bless without demanding change.

Journal prompts:

  • Where do I push myself away?
  • What does blessing feel like in my body?
  • What shifts when I do not demand resolution today?

Day 5 — Forgiveness as Natural Outcome

Theme: What remains when resistance ends.

Practice:
1) Pure Mind: Rest as clear awareness.
2) Pure Heart: Include the whole field—body, feelings, thoughts.
3) Pure Love: Let kindness be the atmosphere.

Journal prompts:

  • What is already forgiven when I stop fighting?
  • What am I ready to release?
  • What does freedom feel like right now?
