Pure Heart — The Living Center of My Work

Pure Heart — The Living Center of My Work

Pure Heart is where clarity becomes kindness, and love becomes lived experience.

What Pure Heart Is

Pure Heart refers to a natural state of awareness in which the heart is undivided, receptive, and free from habitual resistance.
It is not emotional positivity, moral perfection, or forced compassion.
Rather, it is the quiet simplicity that emerges when awareness softens and nothing is excluded.

In Pure Heart, experience is allowed to arise as it is—thoughts, feelings, memories, and sensations—without being pushed away or clung to.
This inclusion brings a deep sense of peace, safety, and inner coherence.

Pure Heart in Relation to Pure Mind and Pure Love

My work rests on a simple, living triad:

  • Pure Mind — clear, spacious awareness before judgment or reaction.
  • Pure Heart — awareness softened into kindness, receptivity, and care.
  • Pure Love — the natural outflow of blessing, goodwill, and compassion.

Pure Mind provides clarity.
Pure Heart provides warmth.
Pure Love is what flows naturally when clarity and kindness are no longer separate.

Pure Heart is the bridge between seeing clearly and loving fully.

Why Pure Heart Is Central

Many approaches emphasize awareness without tenderness, or love without clarity.
Pure Heart unites both.
It allows awareness to become humane, and love to become grounded.

This is why Pure Heart sits at the center of my work.
It supports healing without forcing, transformation without violence, and growth without self-rejection.

The Pure Heart Practices

Pure Heart is cultivated through gentle, repeatable practices that emphasize:

  • Calm abiding (resting attention)
  • Body awareness and nervous system safety
  • Phrases of intention rather than affirmations
  • Inclusion rather than control

These practices are designed to be trauma-sensitive, spiritually inclusive, and suitable for daily life.

The 10-Day Pure Heart Meditation Journey

The 10-day journey introduces one Pure Heart practice per day.
Each session lasts about 15–20 minutes and follows a simple arc:

  1. Begin in Pure Mind (clear awareness)
  2. Soften into Pure Heart
  3. Close with Pure Love (a gentle blessing)

This journey can be repeated, slowed down, or adapted as needed.
It is not a program to complete, but a rhythm to return to.

The 30-Day Pure Heart Path

The extended 30-day path deepens and stabilizes Pure Heart in daily life.
It moves through three phases:

  • Days 1–10: Establishing Pure Heart
  • Days 11–20: Stabilizing Pure Heart
  • Days 21–30: Living from Pure Heart

This longer path integrates Pure Heart into speech, relationships, decision-making, and prayer.

Jesus-Minded and Interfaith Use

Pure Heart is deeply resonant with Christian contemplative spirituality:

“Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.”

A Jesus-Minded version of these practices uses the same structure and gentleness,
while orienting the heart toward God, grace, and love revealed in Christ.

Both versions honor silence, humility, and receptivity.

How to Begin

You do not need to feel open, loving, or peaceful to begin.
Pure Heart begins with honesty and permission.

  • If you feel open — begin there.
  • If you feel closed — allow that.
  • If you feel nothing — include that too.

Pure Heart is not created.
It is revealed through gentleness.
