The “There Is” Daily Practice Log

How to use this log: At the end of your day, or immediately after a session, record one instance where you caught the “Becoming” process and redirected it using your “Freedom Phrase.” Remember: we are looking for Bare Noting, not stories.
The Trigger (What happened?) The “Becoming” (The Story/False Self) The “There Is” Note (Bare Experience) The Result (Somatic Shift)
Example: Right leg pain while sitting. “I’m never going to get better. This pain is ruining my day.” “There is heat. There is a pulsing sensation.” Leg softened; breathing became easier. Peace.

Reflecting on the Shift

As you look over your log, notice how the “There Is” phrase changes the quality of your physical body. Are the contractions staying for a shorter time? Is the “Joy” or “Peace” becoming easier to access?
